   Description
 
将室内的空气做温度、湿度、气体流、气压及微尘粒子的控制，并配合室内照明及不产尘建材合成一体的工程，称之为洁净室。
洁净室按气流形式分为层流洁净室、乱流洁净室。层流按其气流方向又分为垂直层流与水平层流两种。垂直层流多用于局部保护和层流工作台。水平层流多用于洁净室的全面洁净控制。各种不同洁净室气流及高效过滤器、送回风口布局如图所示。
